1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using DProxy, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are prohibited from using our services.

2. Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to use DProxy for any illegal, harmful, or abusive activities, including but not limited to:

• Hacking, DDoS attacks, port scanning, or unauthorized access to any system.
• Spamming, phishing, or distributing malware/viruses.
• Financial fraud, carding, or identity theft.
• Accessing or distributing child exploitation material or illegal pornography.
• Bypassing copyright laws (e.g., illegal torrenting) in violation of local jurisdictions.

3. Compliance with Local Laws

Users must strictly comply with the laws of the jurisdiction in which they reside and operate. DProxy specifically enforces compliance with:

• Japan: The Act on Prohibition of Unauthorized Computer Access.
• Vietnam: The Law on Cybersecurity 2018.
• China: The Cybersecurity Law of the People's Republic of China.

4. Account Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to immediately suspend or terminate your account without notice or refund if we determine, at our sole discretion, that you have violated these Terms. DProxy employs automated systems to detect abusive network behavior.

5. Refund Policy

All sales are final. We charge strictly based on allocated bandwidth (GB). Refunds will not be issued for consumed bandwidth or for accounts suspended due to Terms of Service violations.

6. Limitation of Liability

DProxy provides the service "as is" and without any warranty. We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our proxies. You are solely responsible for your actions while using the service.
