I managed to buy something, but the way the staff spoke to and treated other customers was awful. It was completely unlike Japanese customer service (the customers were also Japanese). This store also had a personal information leak incident during a lottery. Honestly, if they didn't sell Pokéka (Pokemon Cards), I would never go there. Personally, I think the cause of the trouble was the staff's attitude and their excessive sense of justice.
