Regarding the Pokémon Card VC issue, what if sales slots were divided by population ratio? If not selling to foreigners is discrimination, but foreigners buying everything out and leaving Japanese people unable to purchase is a problem, then simply dividing slots into 'foreigner' and 'Japanese' categories would suffice. If possible, please make it a lottery every time, especially at Toys"R"Us and Bic Camera. #ToysRUs #BicCamera
